About Web Net Search

A small business by design—not an agency pretending to be one.

I’m Nick, the person behind Web Net Search. I plan the work, write and edit the content, work in the code, review the data and speak directly with the client.

The story

Built through useful work and referrals.

Web Net Search has grown for more than a decade through client relationships, problem-solving and referrals—not a large sales team.

The work started with websites and practical digital support for small and medium businesses. It expanded into technical SEO, large content-heavy sites, hosting, forms, Meta Ads, social campaigns, email systems and the operational work that sits behind a reliable online presence.

My Meta advertising experience includes Facebook and Instagram campaign setup, audience targeting, creative and copy, landing-page alignment, tracking and ongoing optimisation. I treat the ad, website and follow-up path as one system rather than disconnected services.

Today I work with Sunshine Coast businesses and clients across Australia. A significant part of my experience is in competitive service industries such as removals, storage and construction-related businesses, where websites are not decorative—they need to generate and handle real enquiries.

I enjoy the work that requires someone to understand both the technical problem and the business consequence. That might mean untangling thousands of URLs, rebuilding a tired website, finding why a form is slow, or turning a vague page into something a customer can actually act on.

What matters to me

Competence is good. Clarity is better.

A technically clever solution is not much use if the client cannot understand, maintain or own it.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Say what the problem is.

I explain the risk, the trade-off and the recommendation without hiding behind technical language.

CAREFUL WORK

Respect the site that already exists.

Backups, staged batches, redirects and verification matter because rankings and enquiries are not disposable.

OWNERSHIP

The client owns the foundation.

Accounts, logins, domains, analytics and assets remain under the business’s control.

LONG VIEW

Make the next update easier.

Clean structure, documentation and honest priorities reduce cost and confusion later.

A good fit

Who I work best with.

Business owners and teams who want a capable long-term digital partner, value direct communication and are willing to deal with the real issue rather than chase a shortcut.

  • Local Sunshine Coast service businesses
  • Australian businesses with content-heavy or multi-location websites
  • Teams that need reliable website and SEO support without a full internal department
  • Owners who want access, transparency and a website that remains theirs

Working together

A practical partner for the decisions behind your website.

One person who understands the wider setup.

A website enquiry often turns out to involve more than one thing: a confusing service page, a form that asks the wrong questions and an ad that promises something different. Working across development, SEO and digital marketing helps me see those connections. You can discuss the business problem once and keep that context through the work. Explore the services if you want to see where I can help.

Careful with your time and what you have built.

You may already have years of content, customer relationships and a website that does several things well. I want to understand that before recommending change. My role is to explain the options, carry out the agreed work and make the next decision easier. You get direct communication and a practical view of what matters now, with room to improve the site as the business develops. See the kinds of client work I handle.

Let’s make it useful

You do not need to know the technical name for the problem.

Show me what is happening, what you expected and what the business needs. Working out the technical cause is my part of the job.
