Website terms
Website terms and conditions.
These general terms apply to the use of this website. A written quote, proposal or service agreement will govern paid client work.
Last updated 30 August 2026. If a project document conflicts with these general website terms, the project document takes priority for that work.
Website information
The content on this website is general information about Web Net Search and its services. It is not legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. While reasonable care is taken, the website may contain errors or information that becomes outdated.
Quotes and project scope
Prices shown on the website are starting points unless clearly stated otherwise. A project begins only after the scope, responsibilities, costs, timing and payment terms are confirmed. Major revisions, urgent work and items outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote or approval.
Client information and approvals
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business details, lawful content, required access and timely approvals. Claims, prices, qualifications, testimonials, images and other business information should be checked by the client before publication.
Search, advertising and marketing results
Search rankings, platform approvals, advertising performance, traffic, leads and sales depend on factors outside the control of Web Net Search. No particular ranking, approval, revenue or lead volume is guaranteed unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Third-party platforms
Domains, hosting, search engines, social networks, advertising systems, email providers, software and other third-party services operate under their own terms, availability and pricing. Web Net Search is not responsible for a third party’s outage, policy decision, account restriction or change to its service.
Ownership and licences
Ownership of project deliverables, licences, accounts and third-party materials is governed by the relevant quote or service agreement. Web Net Search supports client-controlled access to core business accounts and systems. Pre-existing tools, templates and licensed components remain subject to their original ownership and licence terms.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or malicious material, or use its forms to send spam or abusive content.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Web Net Search is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian consumer law.
